Terms and Conditions for Insurance Review Competition
Eligibility: Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over who complete an insurance review with Coverfy. Employees of the company, their families, and associated agencies are not eligible.
Entry: Participants must complete the fact-find to be eligible for the prize draw. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Prize: The prize is a 2-night luxury hotel stay with a spa treatment for two. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Draw: The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries and notified within 10 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
Competition Period: The competition runs from 25th October 2024 to 20th December 2025.
Use of Personal Information: By entering, participants agree to the use of their information for the purposes of the competition and for marketing purposes, in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws.
No Financial Advice: Participation in the competition does not constitute financial advice. All insurance reviews are provided in accordance with the Financial Markets Conduct Act (FMCA) 2013. Ensure that any decision is made based on your personal circumstances.
